Today was similar to the previous ones: I do some work, but I also get distracted a lot. I've been - with difficulty - avoiding my phone at mealtimes. Instead, I've been reading old magazines that I have. I avoided disstressing content, but still spent energy playing games. I'm not focusing my limited energy where it would be best used.

I guess that all I can do is be more purposeful in what I do. Assess what my needs are and what would best fulfil them.
